Want to be part of real social change? At ISP, you’ll find the place to turn ideas into solutions and make an impact on the ground.
Since the Iron Swords War began, emotional distress and demand for support among children and teens in the periphery have risen sharply. Existing public services often fall short or miss needs that vary widely by region. Led by the Social Platform with a coalition of foundations and local authorities, Building Local Resilience in Israel offers a measurement-based model with support on several levels: working with municipalities, it builds professional infrastructure in schools, engaging educators, parents, and professional teams to provide sustainable emotional support to residents. In partnership with the Arison Foundation, the Safra Foundation, the Rochlin Foundation, the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), and the St. Paul Federation.

A scalable model, replicable across authorities, with “Build-and-Transfer” infrastructure that strengthens national resilience and the government response along the front line.
Stronger local leadership through municipal Resilience Forums and digital mapping that spot needs in real time and sustain emotional support.
Therapy and tools for emotional regulation and trauma processing for children, parents, and educators, restoring a sense of safety and daily functioning in crisis.
